How do I create a Bolt account?
The application process should start automatically once you’ve registered with your mobile number after downloading the app. If it doesn’t start, tap the “Add Money” (+) icon or the “Card” tab at the bottom of the app to begin your application. Start by entering your personal details, including your name, date of birth, email, and residential address. You’ll need to verify your identity using the original physical copy of your driver licence or passport.

How long does approval take?
Most accounts are verified within minutes. If extra checks are required, you’ll receive updates by push notification or email.

What is the minimum age to open an account?
You must be at least 18 years old. Junior accounts for under 18s will launch soon.
