How do I close my Bolt account?

Before closing your account, you’ll need to withdraw all remaining funds from every account. If you hold other currency accounts, you’ll need to convert them back to AUD before making a withdrawal, or you can choose to spend the balance instead.

Once your balance reaches $0, go to Profile, and under the Information & Support section, you’ll find the Close Account option. Select a reason, click Submit, and our team will receive your request.
