How can I add money to my account?
You can add money to your account and spend it using the Bolt app or your Bolt card. On the Home tab, tap the Add Money button and choose your preferred payment method. You can use Apple Pay or Google Pay to add money instantly with a minimum deposit of $10, or choose PayID or bank transfer with no minimum deposit requirement.
If you choose PayID or bank transfer, the details shown in your app are unique to your account and can be easily copied and pasted into your online banking. If you’re depositing funds from an international bank, the SWIFT code is also available within the bank transfer option.
Can I top-up my Bolt account using a credit card?
Bolt does not support account top-ups via credit cards.
Should an attempt be made to top-up your account through a self-request paid by a credit card, this will alert our Compliance Team. As a consequence, your account may be frozen pending further investigation.
